At Potato Champion, we pride ourselves in making almost
everything on our menu from scratch and using only the best
possible ingredients. All our meats are purchased through
Nicky USA, a local purveyor of quality meats raised with sustainable
farming practices. Our cheese curds are sourced through the
Ellsworth Creamery, a cooperative dairy in Wisconsin that only
uses farmer certified rBST free milk in it's cheese production.
Our menu is, and always has been almost entirely gluten free. Items that contain gluten are marked "CG."
